The College of New Caledonia Quesnel is one of the first campuses in North America to use Virtual Reality 360° video to promote its campus.
The video leads viewers through the campus and into nursing and science labs, trades shops, classrooms, and the vaulted atrium in an interactive way. As the viewer moves through the building, eleven members of the CNC community share their experiences as students, faculty, or staff. A simple click to the right or the left takes the viewer to a full 360 view of the on campus location.
“We’re thrilled to launch this state-of-the-art video to share our fantastic campus and show the public what we have to offer,” said Regional Principal Morgan Ross. “The Virtual Reality video is as unique as our facility is.”
As students prepare to head back to class the interactive video is a great way to get familiar with what the CNC Quesnel campus has to offer. The video can be viewed at the following link:
In conjunction with the video campaign, a social media contest is also underway.
